      Essential oils from the citrus family are widely enjoyed as they are adaptable and functional, and they also have mood-boosting properties. 

      Often referred to as "liquid sunshine in a bottle" due to their cheery and uplifting nature. Citrus peel oils are categorized as top notes. Cold-pressed is the most common technique used to extract these oils, although steam distillation is also an option. Our Lemon and lime essential oils, for example, are obtained through steam distillation, and are not phototoxic.
