Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 2-4% (12-24 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODY
Massage: Add 3-4 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the abdomen to combat intestinal infections and help boost appetite.
Body rub: Soak in 3-4 drops in base oil to ease aching joints and soothe sore muscles.
SKIN
Skincare cream: Add 1-2 drop to 1 tbsp moisturizer and apply daily as a treatment for ageing skin.
MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 3 drops each of palmarosa and ylang-ylang to release pent-up anxiety.
