Ylang Ylang Complete Essential Oil
"Flower of flowers" or "flower of love". Probably best known as an aphrodisiac. The uplifting scent can help calm, relax and soothe the mind. This is the ylang-ylang that is most suited for use on the skin.

Diffusion: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: Maximum 0.8% (5 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODY
Body rub: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp jojoba oil and apply to the limbs to soothe nerves.
Roll-on-for her: Combine 6 drops in 1 tbsp jojoba oil and add to a roller bottle. Rub onto the wrists, behind the ears and the back of the neck to enhance self-confidence.
Bathe: Soak in 3-4 drops in a base oil for a steamy interlude.
SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a face washer and use to cleanse and tone combination skin.
Hair oil: Add 2 drops to 1tbsp Argan oil and rub into the scalp to nourish and condition the hair. Wash out the following day.
MEDITATION Combine 2 drops each of ylang-ylang, neroli, rose absolute and sweet orange
MIND/MOOD Diffuse 2 drops of ylang-ylang and 4 drops of bergamot and enjoy a moment of languorous relaxation.
