Aromatic: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or burner
Topical: Dilute 2-5% (6-15 drops to 10mL) in a base oil or unscented lotion.

Palm methods: Place 1 drop into your palm and inhale when feeling anxious

BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp base oil and apply to chest and shoulders to treat bronchitis
Bathe: Soak in 3-4 drops in a base oil / bath salt to rebuild strength after an illness. Boost with lavender.
Steam inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to steaming water and inhale to ease hayfever.
Compress: Add 2-3 drops to cool water. Soak a face cloth and apply to treat joint pain. Boost with German chamomile and peppermint.

SKIN
Lotion: Add 2 drops to 1 tbsp unscented lotion and rub affected areas to treat ecezema.
Floral water: Add 6 drops to a 100mL spray bottle with filtered water. Shake well and mist the face to cool your skin and reduce redness. Keep well away from the eye area.

MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 2 drops of helichrysum and 4 drops of sweet orange for a gentle uplift when feeling anxious and uptight.
