Properties: aphrodisiac, relaxing, perfumery
Great for: bedtime, skincare, bath, stress
Blends well with: rose absolute, ylang-ylang, vetiver
Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 2-4% (12-24 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODY
Body rub: Add 2 drops to 1 tbsp jojoba oil and apply to the chest, shoulders and back to help disperse feelings of depression.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale for fast relief when feeling anxious and uptight.
SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a face washer and apply to affected areas to soothe inflamed skin.
Hair rinse: Add 2 drops to warm water and pour through the hair as a final rinse to treat dry scalp, impart shine and infuse hair with the sensual fragrance of jasmine.
PERFUME
Wear on pulse points to uplift the mood and delight the senses.
MEDITATION (Sensual Confidence)
Combine 2 drops each of jasmine absolute, clary sage, ylang-ylang, vetiver and bergamot plus 1 drop of patchouli.
MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 1 drop of jasmine absolute and 5 drops of sweet orange to sweeten the air and improve mood.
