Aromatic: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or burner

Cotton ball: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a cotton square and dab on affected areas to treat skin irritation

Diffuse 2 drops of melissa and 4 drops of sweet orange to help ease nervous anxiety and feelings of disquiet.
