Organic Cinnamon Cassia Essential Oil

Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water in a diffuser or vapourizer.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 0.05% in a carrier.

To safely experience the skin-soothing benefits of this essential oil without any irritation, we recommend diluting it with a carrier oil at a 0.05% ratio, which is about one drop per two ounces. To add a warm and spicy touch, simply dip a toothpick in Cinnamon Cassia and swirl it in your carrier oil or essential oil blend.

Massage: Add 1 drop to 1 tsp sweet almond oil an apply for soothed muscles and boost immunity.

MEDITATION
Combine 2 drops each of cinnamon cassia and frankincense to encourage inner connection and positive awareness.

HOLIDAY SPIRIT
Diffuse 2 drops of cinnamon cassia, and 3 drops each of peppermint and sweet orange to enhance the Christmas spirit.

Body rub: Add 2 drops each of cinnamon, sandalwood and jasmine absolute (famed aphrodisiacs) to 1 tbsp jojoba oil and apply to the limbs to build self-assurance.
