Blends well with: frankincense, pink grapefruit, sweet orange
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water in a vapourizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
MIND/MOOD
Combine 2 drops each of clary sage and 4 drops of frankincense to spark creative energy when you are distracted and confused.
BODY
Body rub: Add 2 drops to 1tbsp of jojoba oil and apply to the limbs to ease premenstrual tension.
Palm method: Sprinkle 2-3 drops into your palms and inhale to restore calm.
SKIN
Floral water: Add 6 drops to a spray bottle with filtered water to hydrate sensitive skin. Shake well before use. Avoid the eye area.
MEDITATION
Combine 2 drops each of clary sage, rosemary, bergamot and lemon plus 1 drop of spicy coriander.
MIND/MOOD
Combine 2 drops each of clary sage and 4 drops of frankincense to spark creative energy when you are distracted and confused.
BODY
Sports rub: Add 1 drop each of clary sage, sweet majoram and lavender to 1 tsp base oil and rub on to ease muscle spasms and cramping.
