Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water in a vapourizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

Body rub: Add 2 drops to 1tbsp of jojoba oil and apply to the abdomen to ease intestinal tract pain. Boost with clary sage and lavender.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale to soothe hay fever symptoms. Boost with lavender

SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to cool water. Soak a fact cloth and apply to affected areas to treat surface veins and broken capillaries. Boost with geranium.

MIND
Diffuse 3 drops each of cypress and lemon to refresh the air and revitalise thinking.

MOOD
Combine 2 drops each of cypress, frankincense, juniper berry, pine and tangerine. Cypress's astringent action, tempered by resins, can help release blocked energies and lift the mood.

BODY
Bathe: Soak in 2 drops each of cypress, bergamot and grapefruit in carrier oil to help control perspiration.
