Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 2-5% (18-24 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.

Massage : Add 2 drops to 1 tbsp jojoba oil and apply to the chest, shoulders and back to help disperse feelings of depression.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale for fast relief when feeling anxious and uptight.

SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a face washer and apply to affected areas to cleanse acne-prone skin.
Hair rinse: Add 2 drops to warm water and pour through the hair as a final rinse to treat dry scalp, impart shine and infuse hair with the sensual fragrance of jasmine. Boost with geranium and patchouli.

MOOD
Combine 2 drops each of juniper berry, peppermint, spearmint and lemon, plus 1 drop of ginger.

MIND
Diffuse 2 drops of juniper berry and 4 drops of pine to release negative energy.
