PROPERTIES: Antimicrobial, Antiviral, Antiseptic, Anti-inflammatory
BLENDS WELL WITH: Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Niaouli, Rosemary, Sage
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water in a vaporizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the chest, neck and shoulders to assist bronchial congestion.
Bathe: Soak in 2 drops in base oil to soothe inflammation due to arthritis, rheuatism, gout and joint pain. Boost with Rosemary and sweet majoram.
Steam Inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhake to ease allergies.
MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 2 drops of pine and 4 drops of frankincense to combat winter rentlessness
