Use at full strength alone or use as an ingredient in an aromatherapy blend.
Aromatherapy - Add 5-10 drops of your favourite essential oil per tablespoon of sunflower seed oil and use as a massage oil. Feel free to combine other carrier oils.
Face - Massage 2-3 drops of sunflower
seed oil into your skin after cleansing.
Hair - Massage a generous amount onto
your scalp and leave it on for up to 10
minutes before washing hair with shampoo.
