Palo Santo tree is rich in terpenes such as limonene and α-terpineol, making this a cousin to Frankincense and Myrrh. With its powerful chemical makeup, this essential oil is well known for its healing, calming, and cleansing capabilities.

Diffusion: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: Max. 3% (18 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.

BLENDING ROSEMARYMOODCombine 1 drop each of rosemary, lemon, basil, coriander and clove plus 4 drops of grapefruit.

MINDDiffuse 2 drops of rosemary and 4 drops of sweet basil to clear headaches and refresh the mind.

BODY

Bathe: Add 2 drops each of palo santo and lavender to 1 tbsp of body wash into your bathwater to help relax and alleviate the lows from everyday worry.
Body rub: Add 2 drops each of palo santo and frankincense to 1 tbsp of carrier oil to help reduce tenderness in muscles.

Non-toxic and non-irritant when diluted.

Not suitable for use with kids 1 years and under, while pregnant, nursing or arouns pets.
