Sweet orange invites joy into the heart and home. This gentle bouquet encourages open communication and is at once calming and uplifting.

PROPERTIES: brightening, astringent
GREAT FOR: skin care, cleaning, bath
BLENDS WELL WITH: lavender, eucalyptus globulus, frankincense

• Uplifts the mood
• Eases anxiety
• Can assist to soothe digestive discomfort when used topically

Diffusion: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio:1-3% (6-18 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.

BODY

Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the back of the neck, shoulders and wrists to prepare for sleep. Boost with Roman chamomile.
Body rub: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp jojoba oil and apply it to the limbs to assist in the removal of toxins.

SKIN

Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a face washer and apply to help tone and revitalize a dull complexion.

MOOD Combine 2 drops each of sweet orange, mandarin, lavender, neroli and clary sage.

MIND Diffuse 4 drops of orange and 2 drops of lime to invite joy and happiness into the heart and home.
