Diffusion: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 1-3% (6-18 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODYMassage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to ease pain and inflammation from arthritis and rheumatism.
Roll-on- for him: Combine 6 drops in 1 tbsp jojoba oil and add to a roller bottle. Rub onto the wrists, behind the ears and the back of the neck to enhance self-confidence.
Bathe: Soak in 2 drops in a base oil to ease stress, nervous tension and insomnia. Boost with sweet marjoram and mandarin.
SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a face washer and apply regularly to treat oily, acne-prone skin.
Swab: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a cotton square and dab it onto cuts and infected wounds.
PERFUME
Wear a few drops on pulse points to exude an earthy sensuality.
MEDITATION Combine 2 drops each of vetiver, patchouli, ylang ylang and sweet orange.
MIND/MOOD Diffuse 2 drops to vetiver and 4 drops of sweet orange to create a peaceful haven and wind-down time.
