USING LIME STEAM DISTILLED
Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 2-5% (12-25 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to tepid water. Soak a face clothe and apply to tone and cleanse oily skin.
Swab: Add 2 drops to cool water. Soak a cotton square and dab on affected areas to treat cuts and wounds or insect bites.

Combine 2 drops each of lime, sweet orange, bergamot, mandarin and tangerine, plus 2 drops ylang lang

Massage: Add 1 drop each of lime, lemon and grapefruit to 1 tsp carrier oil and apply to the upper torso and back to encourage detox and boost metabolism.
Non-toxic and non-irritant when diluted. May cause irritation to sensitive skin. Avoid sun exposure 12 hours after topical use.
