Neroli skincare: care that begins with softness

Skincare is not only about what we apply, but how the ritual lets us return to ourselves. At APTIVA, we see neroli as a gentle meeting point between skin, scent and a quieter pace—an aromatic floral that makes everyday care feel more considered.

neroli

The flower behind the ritual

Neroli is steam-distilled from the small white blossoms of the bitter orange tree, Citrus aurantium. Fresh yet softly floral, its scent carries green petals, delicate citrus and a warmth that stays close to the skin.

Among the tree’s aromatic offerings—petitgrain from the leaves and bitter orange oil from the peel—neroli is its most tender expression. In skincare, it brings a clean, quietly restorative quality to the ritual.

From a simple finish to a more considered ritual

Neroli belongs in the final, unhurried moments of a skincare ritual—bringing a delicate floral warmth to skin and senses.

Facial oil
Blend one drop of APTIVA Egyptian Neroli Pure Essential Oil with a teaspoon of a carrier, then gently press over moisturised skin. Patch-test first.

Beyond skincare
Apply the APTIVA Neroli / Rosewood Roll-On to pulse points after your routine, or blend Neroli with a carrier oil for the hands, shoulders and décolletage.

Let the skin set the pace

A skincare ritual need not be elaborate—only kind, repeatable and suited to the skin you have today.

After cleansing and moisturising, finish with a low-dilution blend of Neroli and base Oil. Pause before the next thing. Its delicate floral character can become a quiet signal that the working day has ended.

Neroli is distilled from bitter orange blossom and is not considered phototoxic. As with all essential oils, dilute carefully and patch-test before use.

A floral ritual, held close

This is for the moments when skincare becomes a way back to yourself. Neroli brings a soft floral clarity to the ritual—quiet, grounding and held close.

Blend APTIVA Neroli with a carrier oil for a considered skin ritual, or keep the Neroli / Rosewood Roll-On nearby for an aromatic pause throughout the day.
