Frankincense Carteri Pure Essential Oil

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water in a vaporizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 1-3% in a carrier.

BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to arthritis to ease pain and swelling.
Bathe: Soak in 2 drops in base oil to relieve nervous exhaustion and insomnia. Boost with geranium and clary sage.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale for stress release.

SKIN
Swab: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a cotton square and apply to affected areas to treat boils, wounds and ulcers.
Face cream: Add 1 drop to your moisturizer to hydrate and regenerate ageing skin.

MEDITATION
Combine 2 drops each of frankincense, sandalwood, vetiver and ylang-ylang plus 4 drops of sweet orange.

MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 3 drops each of frankincense and sandalwood for a peaceful, grounding space and to help clear the mind of clutter.

SKIN
Scar treatment: Add 2 drops each of frankincense, helichrysum, and myrrh to 1 tbsp rosehip seed oil and apply regularly to promote skin regeneration.
