Blends well with: lemon, atlas cedarwood, lavender
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water in a vapourizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

Combine 1 drop each of rosemary, lemon, basil, coriander and clove plus 4 drops of grapefruit.
MIND
Diffuse 2 drops of rosemary and 4 drops of sweet basil to clear headaches and refresh the mind.
BODY
Post-workout rub: Add 2 drops each of rosemary and lemon to 1 tbsp of jojoba oil for a detoxifying rub after exercise.
Footbath: Soak in 2 drops in a base oil to reduce pain and swelling from gout.
SKIN
Shampoo: Add 2 drops each of rosemary and cedarwood to 1 tbsp of unscented shampoo and use to treat dandruff and oil scalp.
