Organic Pink Grapefruit Essential Oil

Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 1-4% (6-24 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.

Pink Grapefruit can cause photosensitivity. To avoid this, we recommend a dilution no higher than 4%.

BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the upper torso to stimulate the lymphatic system when feeling bloated. Boost with ginger and lime.
Sports rub: Add 2 drops to base oil and rub on your pain point to relieve stiffness in overworked muscles.

SKIN
Compress: Add 2 drops to cool water. Soak in a face washer and apply to cleanse congested and acne-proned skin.

MOOD Combine 2 drops each of pink grapefruit, lime, bergamot, lemon and may chang.

MIND Diffuse 4 drops of grapefruit and 2 drops of cardamom to help shift stagnant energy and promote positive thinking.

SKIN Add 1 drop each of lemon, grapefruit and lavender to 1 tbsp jojoba oil and ½ cup Himalayan salt. Apply liberally to the limbs while showering for the ultimate mind and body detox before rinsing.
