Add salts to a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for 20 minutes.

For general skin health and maintenance, use 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) regularly.

If you have extremely dry or sensitive skin, you may find that using 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) 1-2 times a week works better for you.

You can use alongside other bath salts, oils and foams, so any bath can be boosted with Dead Sea Salts.

Dissolve up to 1 cup (250g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37-39°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
