Organic Eucalyptus Globulus Essential Oil

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water in a vapourizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier.

BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the upper torso to treat bronchitis.
Spot application: Add 2 drops to base oil and apply to the neck and jawline to ease a scratchy sore throat. Boost with Australian sandalwood.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale to combat fatigue.

SKIN
Swab: Add 1 drop to warm water. Soak a cotton square and dab on affected areas to soothe insect bites and stings.

MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 2 drops of eucalyptus and 4 drops thyme (linalool CT) for a clean breathing space.
