Spearmint is the cool, energizing oil to have: softer than Peppermint, safe for the family, refreshes and boosts energy, improves concentration, relieves agitation and tension headaches, & helps against queasiness.

Properties: antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-anxiety, anti-inflammation
Suitable for use with: children, pregnant, while nursing and around pets
Blends well with: eucalyptus, ylang-ylang, cedarwood
Aromatic use: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Topical use: Dilute to maximum 1.7% or 10 drops per 20mL of base oil / lotion or body wash.
MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 4 drops of spearmint and 2 drops of basil for a refreshing, uplifting effect.
BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the abdomen to suppport healthy digestive function.
Dootbath: Soak in 2 drops each of spearmint and peppermint i base oik for a reviving bosy and mind treatment.
Compress: Add 2 drops to warm water, Soak as face cloth and apply to the back of the neck to ease headaches and fatigue.
