Properties: anti-arthritic, antiseptic, astringent
Suitable for use with: muscle and joint pains, combat fatigue, respiratory conditions
Blends well with: Egyptian geranium, clove bud, eucalyptus
Aromatic: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or burner
Topical: Dilute to 2-4% (6-12 drops to 10mL) in a base oil or unscented lotion.

Non-toxic and non-irritating after dilution.
Possible drug interactions. Can inhibit blood clotting. Those who take aspirin or other blood-thinning medications should avoid using Wintergreen. Should not be used at all during or shortly after a viral fever. We recommend a maximum dilution of 4% for topical applications. Completely avoid Wintergreen oil up to age 12. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
