Aromatic: Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 0.5-2% (2-6 drops per 10mL) in a base oil or lotion.
• Diffuse 1–2 drops with Lavender for stress relief
• Insect-repellent sprays: Blend with Citronella in alcohol/water solutions for outdoor use
