Properties: antibacterial, anti-anxiety
Blends well with: Pink Grapefruit, Lavender, Cedarwood
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or vaporizer or burner.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% (6-15 drops/10mL) in a carrier.
BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp carrier oil and rub onto the abdomen to ease digestive complaints, including heartburn.
MIND/MOOD
Diffuse 2 drops of cardamom and 4 drops of lime for an instant pick-me-up after a long flight or interrupted sleep.

Body rub: Add 2 drops each of cardamom, sandalwood and jasmine absolute (famed aphrodisiac) to 1 tsp carrier oil and apply to the limbs to build self-assurance.
