Properties: anti-inflammatory, warming, circulatory stimulant
Suitable for use with: children (diluted appropriately), while pregnant, nursing, around pets
Blends well with: black pepper, cardamom, ylang-ylang, frankincense, cedarwood
Diffusion: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: Max. 1% (6 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODY
Massage: Add 2-3 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to relieve aching muscles and joints, while increasing blood circulation.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale for stress release.
SKIN
Swab: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a cotton square and apply to affected areas to treat boils, wounds and ulcers.
