Suitable for very dry, mature, irritated, or sun-damaged skin and hair. Not suitable for oily skin.
Apply at full strength as a body oil, preferably after shower while our pores are open and skin is still a little damp.
A small amount of Avocado Oil (5-10%) can be added to other carrier oils, lotions, and creams to enrich vitamin content and nourish the skin.
