Properties: anti-microbial, antibacterial, astringent, antiseptic

For a refreshing spray, mix Organic Tea Tree into white vinegar or distilled water and spritz it in a steamy bathroom to combat mustiness. For teenage blemishes, dilute the oil in witch hazel and dab it on with a Q-tip. During seasonal illnesses, diffuse Organic Tea Tree for a healthier home environment.
Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 2-5% (12-25 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
BODY
Massage: Add 2 drops to 1 tsp sweet almond oil and apply to the shoulders and chest during flu season.
Bathe: Soak in 2 drops in base oil to boost the immune response, especially leading up to winter.
Footbath: Soak in 2 drops in a base oil to treat tinea and athlete’s foot. Boost with patchouli and myrrh.
Steam inhalation: Add 2 drops to steaming water and inhale to ease bronchial congestion.
SKIN
Swab: Add 2 drops to warm water. Soak a cotton square and dab it onto the affected area to treat insect bites, cuts and wounds, boils, blisters and shingles.
First aid: Dab 1 drop onto a band-aid and apply to a blister for fast relief.
HOUSEHOLD
Diffuse 2 drops of each of tea tree, cypress and lemon as a defense against germs.
SKIN
Antiseptic cream: Add 3 drops each of tea tree, geranium, lavender and cedarwood to 30mL unscented lotion and decant into a dark glass jar, Use to sanitize chaffed skin.
