Magnolia has a sweet, fruit and exotic aroma and can calm worry and tension in both body and mind. It can provide relieve for menstrual discomfort, ease congestion and promote relaxation.
Diffusion: Add 2 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: 1% (6 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
SKIN
Lotion: Add 5 drops to 1 tsp of body lotion for extra nourishment.
MIND/MOOD Diffuse 2 drops of magnolia, Roman chamomile and lavender to de-stress and heal after a long day.
BODY
Bathe: Add 2 drops each of magnolia, sweet orange and atlas cedarwood to 1 tbsp of body wash or 1 cup of Dead sea salt and soak for 20 minutes after a stressful day.
