Aromatic use: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.

Topical use: Dilute to a maximum of 0.05% in a carrier.

To safely experience the skin-soothing benefits of this essential oil without any irritation, we recommend diluting it with a carrier oil at a 0.05% ratio, which is about one drop per two ounces. To add a warm and spicy touch, simply dip a toothpick in Cinnamon Cassia and swirl it in your carrier oil or essential oil blend.
