Diffusion: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser or essential oil burner.
Dilution ratio: Maximum 0.6% (3-4 drops per 20mL) in a base oil.
MIND/MOOD Combine 2 drops of rose with a tablespoon carrier oil to nurture the heart and support healing emotional wounds.
BODY
Body rub: Add 2 drops each of rose, neroli and sandalwood to 1 tbsp jojoba oil and apply to the limbs for the ultimate women’s balancing blend.
Roll-on: Combine 6 drops in 1 tbsp jojoba oil and add to a roller bottle. Rub onto wrists, behind the ears and the back of the neck to nourish the soul and feel empowered throughout the day. Boost with neroli.
SKIN
Skincare: Add 1-2 drops to your moisturizer and apply to nourish and rejuvenate mature skin.
PERFUME
Wear a few drops on pulse points for feminine allure and to simply delight in the perfume of roses.
MEDITATION
(Meditate on the heart chakra to open your heart to love and beauty)
Combine 2 drops each of rose otto, Roman chamomile, frankincense and neroli, plus 4 drops of bergamot.
Non-toxic. Non-irritant when well diluted.
In general, Rose Otto is suitable for use around kids, while pregnant or nursing.

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Best store under 25°C in a shaded place. Rose Otto is hydro-distilled from the petals of the rose flower, creating a clear, thin liquid that can solidify at a temperature of 20 degrees C.
If solid, put in a bag and insert into warm water. The oil will quickly return to a liquid state. This occurs with Rose Otto because of the distillation process and is completely normal. A little of this oil goes a long way, so only a drop is necessary to utilise its benefits.
